I have a relentless belief in the potential of everyone I meet, this is especially true in my drive to see women succeed. I aspire to advocate for those who have silenced voices by listening to their stories and gaining an understanding of how they wish to push through life. Having moved around as much as I have, you quickly learn the importance of connecting with people with completely different walks of life. My sense of ambition has always placed me in the right spot for new challenges and exciting adventures. However, the one thing that has remained consistent in my life has always been my umpiring. This experience has shaped me to be confident, determined, and thick-skinned, able to make split second decisions.
