While I enjoy all aspects of my job, as an Executive Client Manager my favorite part is working closely with my clients to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process and dig into the client specific data, strategic ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part. I love being on the cutting edge with my National clients. They drive innovation and set the trend. Over the past 10 years, I’ve successfully retained 100% of my book of business and transitioned many clients into a variety of Highmark’s innovative product solutions and clinical programs. My high energy follows me in my free time, where I enjoy hiking with my dog Baily, rocking out at concerts and indulging in my love for travel. Latest trips include visiting my twin daughters at Penn State (We Are!) and the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!).
