About Bridget Stallkamp

With over 17 years of experience in helping organizations execute their strategies and engage their people, I am a passionate and innovative leader in the field of strategy activation and employee engagement. As a Managing Director at Accenture, I advise clients on how to unlock the potential of their talent and leverage insights and creative methods to drive performance and change. I am motivated by the mission of Root, a part of Accenture, to solve meaningful business problems where people are the critical lever to success. In my current role, I oversee Root, part of Accenture's client delivery, generating ~$45M in revenue annually. I work with clients across industries and geographies to design and deliver solutions that align their people with their strategic goals and empower them to adopt new behaviors and mindsets. I also successfully led the acquisition of Root by Accenture in April 2021, creating new opportunities and synergies for both organizations.
