I have experience in creating and writing curriculum, setting learning objectives, delivering engaging and knowledgable lessons, and ensuring all individuals are gaining knowledge based upon their learning styles. Communication & Relationships: I understand that in order to have effective teaching practices, one must be a good communicator. Relationship with my learners are a top priority for me to be successful. Inclusivity: As a former special education teacher, it was my job to ensure all learners were included and had a fair chance within the learning process. I have experience with modifications and accommodations, and using a variety of learning practices to ensure learning in manageable for all learners.
