I'm a highly motivated and driven professional with a passion for operational excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. I currently serve as the Product Owner for the university application and am part of the Transformation Team, where I hold a leadership role focused on creating impactful, student-centered solutions. I’m fortunate to work alongside a dynamic and talented team that’s committed to driving meaningful change and student success. In my current position, I lead initiatives that align technology, business processes, and user needs—managing priorities, collaborating across teams, and ensuring the voice of the user is central to our product strategy. With a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, I bring clarity and direction to complex challenges and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. In previous roles, I coordinated and produced webinars, led change management initiatives, and implemented process improvements to increase team productivity. These experiences have strengthened my skills in project management, communication, and operational strategy. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Operations Management through the Jack Welch Management Institute.
