About Bridgette Miller

Resilient and forward-thinking Senior Geologist with over a decade of hands-on experience in open-pit and hard rock mining, driving results in grade control, ore quality, and mine life extension. I bring a proven track record of applying geological expertise, digital tools, and strategic leadership to deliver operational excellence across complex, high-pressure mining environments. Having led geology teams and independently upheld production in times of crisis, I thrive where precision, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptive leadership intersect. My career is built on a strong foundation of technical integrity, continuous improvement, and mentorship—values that align closely with leading global mining companies committed to safety, innovation, sustainability, and people development. Key strengths include: Leading high-performance teams and onboarding programs to build technical confidence and operational alignment. Utilizing tools like MineSight 3D, Leapfrog, and acQuire to enhance model accuracy, geological interpretation, and reconciliation. Collaborating seamlessly across departments to bridge operational gaps, increase recovery, and optimize ore blending strategies. Navigating complexity with clarity—whether digitizing a structurally intricate highwall or making rapid, data-driven decisions in the pit. I’m passionate about shaping the future of mining through data-informed geology, safe and responsible resource development, and a strong commitment to coaching the next generation of geoscientists.
