About Bridgette Scurlock

As a General Manager at Banana Republic, I lead a team of 30+ associates and oversee all aspects of store operations, including product allocation, sales, customer service, visual merchandising, payroll, and talent development. I have 14+ years of retail experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales and profitability goals, increasing customer retention, and reducing shrinkage and turnover. Banana Republic is on a mission to expand the BR Galaxy and rebrand as a luxury lifestyle brand. We’ve expanded with launch of BR Baby, BR Art, Atelier Clienteling services and designer collaborations such as Peter Do x BR. With the new launch of BR Home, we continue to push the boundaries of what BR is to become a lifestyle destination, meeting timeless, effortless fashion needs of our clients for clothing and beyond. My personal mission is to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers, while ensuring that our products meet their needs and preferences. I also strive to empower and motivate my team to deliver exceptional service and performance, and to foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth. I am passionate about retail and always looking for new ways to innovate and improve our processes, products, and outcomes.
