I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where I am mobile. My passion is witnessing my employees flourish from my training, guidance, and leadership, and crushing the goals set for my team. I multi-task and manage my time wisely, so that things flow as smoothly as possible. I love to organize pretty much anything from daily operations to a messy closet! I am a strong, yet likable, manager with a positive attitude and great customer service skills, who enjoys problem solving. Currently, I’m sharing my love of reading through these incredible books from Usborne Books & More, while helping end the literacy crisis in America. Previously, I worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car for almost 10 years and have learned and developed an effective management style based on various managers I’ve worked for and with. I managed roughly 50 employees at the Buffalo Airport location for the last 5.5 years of my career and hit profit based goals year after year.
