About Bridgette Yates

With over 10 years of experience in education, including leadership roles at Memorial High School, Goose Creek Consolidated ISD, and Fulshear High School, I am passionate about driving academic excellence, operational efficiency, and teacher development. I thrive in roles where I can contribute to school-wide initiatives, foster student success, and collaborate with educators to create an inclusive and growth-oriented environment. In my previous role as Assistant Principal at Memorial High School, I led impactful initiatives that improved student performance on the Algebra 1 STAAR test, enhanced teacher effectiveness through targeted professional development, and significantly reduced absenteeism and tardiness by 87%. My approach is grounded in data-driven decision-making and a commitment to both student and staff development. As a District Instructional Specialist, I developed district-wide mathematics programs, created assessments aligned with College Board standards, and facilitated professional development across multiple campuses, focusing on elevating student outcomes and supporting educators. I am dedicated to building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents, and work to implement operational improvements that foster safe, productive learning environments. My leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and accountable, with a focus on continuous growth for both educators and students. I am excited to connect with others in the education field and explore opportunities to contribute to the success of educational communities.
