About Bridgit English

It all started with an activity called “Why What I Do Matters.” That seemingly innocuous activity - opened the door to everything that drives me today. I’m all about empowering potential, whether it’s with people, teams, or even plants or our dogs (more on that another time!). I have a bit of a knack for what I call multi-dimensional listening. It helps me truly tune in and understand where people are coming from. I love taking complex ideas and turning them into something clear, practical, and hopefully, inspiring. Over time, that’s led to some lovely recognition in professional circles, which I deeply appreciate. I’ve had the joy of working with individuals, teams, leaders, and executives across a wide range of industries. I’m often brought in for my empathetic approach to each person and the circumstances and ability to connect the dots in a way that brings clarity, direction, and renewed energy. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me knee-deep in flowers on our small farm in regional NSW (Proteas, in case you're wondering), restoring our 140-year-old church, or championing rewilding projects in our community. Life is full, and so is my heart, especially thanks to my two joyful poodles who never let a day go by without a good laugh and a healthy release of oxytocin.
