As a member of the leadership team at Asset Management Australia, I manager the operational backbone that supports the delivery of our global asset and operations management services to clients across the mining, government, and heavy industries sectors. My role covers business systems, financial processes, HR, recruitment, mobilisation, and client coordination - ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient, people-focused, aligned with our strategic objectives and deliver real value to our clients and teams. Earlier in my career, I led operations at MRICK Industries, managing a hospitality venue and small goods business - sharpening my skills in financial management, team leadership, and operational improvement. I also held roles with Wisely Group and Randstad Australia, where I developed a strong foundation in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and stakeholder engagement where I consistently enhanced operational efficiency and built strong, lasting relationships with both clients, candidates and colleagues. I take a considered and practical approach to business operations, with a focus on structure, efficiency, and enabling high-performing teams. I have a particular interest in emerging technologies and their role in enhancing business processes.
