Honesty is the best policy I find, so I'll be honest with you. I never thought of myself as someone who would go to university, never mind graduate with a degree in Marketing. Yet here I am. A young professional working in the field that I graduated from. All it took was some encouragement by someone close to me to get me out of my comfort zone and look at the possibilities that were out there for me. I now seek new challenges regularly and I am always trying to learn new strategies and new ways to approach problems. THAT is why I love the world of Marketing. Marketing is a never-ending opportunity to grow and develop. There is no foreseeable end to what lessons can be learned or what challenges can be overcome in this industry. From advertisement development to event coordination, social media use to trade show planning, the field of marketing covers such a wide spectrum that the possibilities for development are endless.
