I’m a Technical Solutions Manager at DevHub, where I work with franchise and multi-location businesses to make sure their data and tools integrate smoothly with their websites. That means planning and delivering systems that are stable, efficient, and actually useful, built around how each client works, not just what the software says it can do. My background spans technical account management, solution architecture, customer experience, analytics, web development, and social brand leadership. I’ve spent years translating business needs into clear technical plans, coordinating across teams, and making sure projects ship without surprises. I’ve lived and worked in China, and I care deeply about how technology and culture shape the way people communicate and solve problems. I'm most energized when I’m helping people use technology in ways that are practical, human, and occasionally even fun. Looking ahead, I want to stay hands-on. Solving real problems through systems design, thoughtful automation, and useful AI.
