About Brieuc Morvan

I am currently Quality Control Manager for the platform Sassenage / Vinay at Danisco France, a subsidiary of IFF Group specialized in the production of freeze-dried lactic acid bacteria and rennet where I manage ten technicians. This experience is complemented by the one acquired within SAF-ISIS, a subsidiary of the Lesaffre Group specializes in the production of aromatic molecules by fermentation and fermentation where I managed four technicians. I also have a basic and applied research experience as R&D Manager at SAF-ISIS with a team of 7 engineers and three technicians, as a researcher within AgResearch (New Zealand) on behalf of New Zealand dairy industry (Fonterra) and as a PhD student at INRA. I also try the adventure of the biotechnology business creation (production of a molecule having positive effects on human and animal physiology). Economically viable yields were not reached after a year of development, I have set aside this project.
