About Brigid Crawford

Brigid Crawford has been with LifeSolutions employee assistance program since July 2015 and serves as the team expert in crisis response and workplace violence. In addition to delivering trainings and providing leadership consultations, she oversees the EAP’s Disruptive Event Management program which supports workgroups through times of crisis. It is through her crisis work that she has fostered a firm belief in the power of human resilience even in the most difficult of seasons. Brigid has an extensive background in the human services field, with more than 20 years of experience serving diverse populations in a variety of roles and settings. Her varied professional endeavors have enhanced a great understanding of human behaviors and a passion for sharing her knowledge with others. Brigid is a Certified Trauma Professional and an approved instructor of Assisting Individuals in Crisis, Group Crisis Intervention, and both Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid. She earned a master of arts in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a bachelor of science in psychology from Virginia Tech.
