Upon completing my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wilfird Laurier University I began working at Crawford and Company in a fast paced claims environment. For 5 years I learned a great deal about the claims process, and how a claim progresses from the insured calling in to report a claim for the first time, to the issuing of settlement cheques. I learned a great deal in this role and now I have made the move to being an insurance agent at North Blenheim Mutual. I love being able to lend my experience and knowledge of the insurance industry to my clients and assist them in knowing what coverages best suit their needs.
