I’m the go-to girl because I always get things done! I pride myself on delivering top-quality work at every turn and love finding efficient ways to do so. I am a highly-organised, detail-oriented and dedicated employee who loves creating data base files as much as wowing customers. I have worked collaboratively with suppliers and temporary hires in over 35 countries, learning to adapt to different cultures and customs throughout my extensive travels. Relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers are top priority and I consistently provide positive, individualized customer care. Thinking fast, troubleshooting and elaborating plans for different outcomes all come naturally to me. My work experience spans from managing large groups of people, both permanent resources and contingent personnel, to working by myself. I have dabbled in sales, production coordination, travel & lodging and six-figure invoice reconciliation. I continuously strive to find innovative ways of keeping everyone - including myself - informed, trained, motivated and learning new skills. I adapt communications based on my audience and the topic of discussion, alternating between professional, friendly and sometimes downright silly (ask me how to leave a construction site safely!). I am resilient and adapt quickly to anything that comes my way, which is essential in a world where everything is subject to change. Throughout my career I have faced both minor and major crises. Looking back, I am proud of how I met every last challenge thrown my way head on.
