Including internal career opportunities both within and outside the own team. • Conduct & follow up competence reviews with employees and team leads. • Monitoring and adjusting the performance of employees and team leads at their customers. As well as in the role of Well-Being SPOC for specific customers, for all Inetum-Realdolmen employees (including those outside the own team) working at these customer(s). • Stimulate community working in the context of networking, knowledge sharing & team bonding (across divisions/units). • Monitoring trends in IT and specifically within Testing & Cyber Security. • Presales and sales activities (incl. optimization of team involvement and processes). • Knowlegde sharing with existing and new BPMs, Sales & other stakeholders (across divisions/units). • Create, execute and follow up business plan & strategy for the Testing & QA team as well as for the Cyber Security team. • Budgeting (monitoring, reporting, adjusting, forecasting in relation to P&L). As a Test Manager- Specialities: Very critical & analitic, quick learner, context driven mindset, pragmatic, hands-on. Certified ISTQB Advanced Test Manager & Analyst, Scrum Master. • Coaching Junior Test Engineers. • Provide training in ISTQB, Test Design Techniques and Structured Testing. • Defining Test Strategy approaches and Test Maturity roadmaps. • Preparation of the Master Test plans in cooperation with the appropriate stakeholders. • Preparation of the FTT/TRH based on the available oracles (offers, funct. & tech. specs, use cases, previous versions, …). • Preparation of Test Design (test cases, scenario's & test data). • Test execution, bug tracking, monitoring and reporting. • Test management: Planning, budget & quality tracking and reporting (TPR, TCR).
