About Brigitte Gauthier

After completing four years of professional experience combined with Japanese language studies in Japan (Tokyo and Nagano), I relocated to Dubai, where I proudly worked as a Flight Attendant for Emirates for 24 years. Seventeen of those years were spent in the leadership role of Flight Purser, where I was responsible for overseeing cabin operations and ensuring the highest standards of service and safety on board. As a leader on both the A380 and fleets, I developed extensive experience managing international teams of 14 to 25 cabin crew. I coordinated responses to safety, security, and first-aid incidents; mentored and trained new recruits; and efficiently resolved onboard challenges — all while maintaining a strong focus on customer expectations and satisfaction. In July 2022, I embarked on a new and exciting chapter as a VIP Flight Attendant based in Dubai. Working exclusively for one owner and his guests, I thrive in designing bespoke gourmet menus, ensuring comfort for high-profile clients, and delivering exceptional, highly personalized service. I have now 3 years experience operating single-handed flights on the Global 7500 and Global Express XRS, along with team-based operations on the Airbus A319 and A320. I am confident that my commitment to excellence, meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, organizational skills, and extensive industry experience are valuable assets in the world of Corporate Aviation, where I am fully dedicated to continuing my career.
