I’m an environmental professional with over 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance programs across municipal utilities and state agencies. I currently serve as Industrial Pretreatment Superintendent at Anchorage Water & Wastewater Utility, overseeing permitting, enforcement, and compliance with 40 CFR Part 403 and our NPDES permit. Earlier in my career, I worked in state environmental regulation, managing hazardous waste permits, CERCLA remediation coordination, and multi-agency oversight efforts. I’ve served as a permit lead on multi-agency projects and collaborated with federal partners to ensure safe, enforceable, and technically sound environmental solutions. I also contributed to environmental research at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, supporting nuclear waste glass development and co-authoring peer-reviewed studies. I bring a practical, policy-informed approach to environmental program management, grounded in technical expertise and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering. My focus is on building effective, defensible programs that protect public infrastructure and environmental resources.
