About Brigitte Rausch

With 8 years of experience in military and corporate environments, I’ve developed strong skills in managing sensitive information such as service member records, streamlining processes and operations, and supporting training and development. As a Personnel Specialist in the Navy, I managed various administrative tasks, including maintaining personnel records, handling travel claims and gains, preparing and compiling award packages for presentation, and processing separation and retirement packages, all in high-pressure settings. I refined my skills in both financial and personnel management. Below is a list of the systems I’ve worked with: Military Master Pay Accounts (MMPA) Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) Transaction Online Processing System (TOPS) Defense Travel System (DTS) During my enlistment, I dedicated my free time to volunteering with the Big Brother Big Sister program, where I mentored a third grader, providing support with both schoolwork and personal development. I also participated in a Peruvian folk dance group, Danzas Perujax, where I had the opportunity to perform at multicultural events in Jacksonville, FL. After I completed my service, I volunteered with Caregivers: Volunteers for the Elderly in California, where I gained a deeper appreciation for empathy, patience, and the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. At Northwestern Mutual, I assisted in leading initiatives such as the “Big Sister” program, supported leadership in communicating production reports, and contributed to the Diversity & Inclusion Council.
