I have over thirty years of concrete and recognized experience in managing various aspects of retail, merchandizing and design for performance sportswear with well known and expanding brands. I made my debut with managing sales teams and purchasing for over ten years. The remainder of my experience spans between developing merchandizing plans, design functions and even production supervision. I am proud to share a great level of confidence, maturity and autonomy with my employers with the focus aimed at yielding concrete results. I have the ability to take a step back and ensure the corporate vision is always in sight thus keeping the course on the goals of the enterprise. Je compte plus de trente ans d’expérience concrète et reconnue dans la gestion de commerce au détail, la mise en marché et le design des vêtements sportifs performants, de marques reconnues ou en expansion de marché. J’ai débuté avec la gestion d’équipes de vente et des achats pendant plus de 10 ans. Par la suite j’ai oeuvré à l’élaboration de plans de mise en marché et de design de lignes de produits. J’ai atteint un niveau de confiance, de maturité et une autonomie visant des résultats concrets dont je suis fière de témoigner. J’ai acqui une capacité à prendre du recul sur la vision globale de l’entreprise tout en maintenant le cap sur la performance commerciale. Un tel succès s’acquiert en amalgamant en équipe des personalités compétentes, intègres et méticuleuses; je sais répondre à ces attentes à la barre d’une équipe performante.
