Currently, working as a Assistant General Manager – Business Development at Jindal Urban Infrastructure Ltd.(JUIL), I led the expansion of Waste to Energy (WtE) projects across India (up to 40MW capacity), overseeing project development, regulatory approvals, and government liaison at JUIL, which is the part of the O.P. Jindal Group. I were a proactive and achievement-oriented professional offering over 7.5 years of leading Energy Efficiency projects and had served as Sr. Manager (Technical)/ State Head for Gujarat and DNH & DD at EESL. I oversee a team of 350+ members and manage Energy Efficiency projects valued at approximately 600Cr, engaging with 150+ clients and 50+ vendors for seamless project implementation. Worked over 10 years in RITES LTD, in Quality Assurance, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), and Third-Party Inspection (TPI). My expertise spans Government Affairs, Business Development, and spearheading innovative projects in Smart Metering (AMI), Solar Energy, Electric Vehicles (EV/EVCI), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Energy Transition, Green Hydrogen, Net Zero initiatives, Smart Lighting, ESG, Measurement & Verification (M&V), and Third-Party Inspections (TPI). I have successfully implemented projects like SLNP, MEEP, BEEP, EV, and NMRP, ensuring rigorous quality assurance, testing, and inspection across diverse industries. Skilled in Strategic Planning, Project Engineering, Profit & Loss Management, and Consultative Selling, I excel in quality assurance, vendor assessment for electro-mechanical products, and achieving certifications like BIS audit and Water Project works in Gujarat, DNH & DD, and Mumbai.
