At present, Chief Business Officer - IT Equipment & Office Infrastructure business unit at Rent Alpha & Capsave Finance. My approach to business is to be able to solve problems for our customers, be agile, flexible & customer centric. With these principles I intend to provide innovative leasing / OPEX / financing structures that solve Capex financing related problems with a focus on cash preservation & low cost.My role involves managing business unit P&L, strategy, business planning, key OEM financing partnership sourcing & management, contract/agreement negotiation, securitization, key funder / banker relationship management, people management & end to end deal management.I was instrumental in setting up & continued management of our key OEM financing programs with no 1 Laptop OEM in India – Lenovo & have successfully led the program since 2015 as Program Director - Lenovo Financial Services India The journey to this stage has been a culmination of experiences across esteemed organizations during which I have gained expertise in various aspects of end to end deal management, indirect taxation for leases relating to SEZs, STPI and EOUs. Executed multiple domestic Business Jet lease in India for use of very large businesses.Most importantly, I have honed my passion for leadership and have remained committed to helping companies make the right business decisions.
