Accomplished, hands-on technology leader specializing in enterprise architecture and technical program delivery. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry at Chubb in the North America Strategic Enterprise Application group, successfully spearheaded large-scale modernization and consolidation programs for documents on the IBM platform and Producer data in Azure Synapse, resulting in streamlined business processes, reduced legacy technology debt, and run cost savings. Additionally, designed and delivered two new systems: Distribution Management, a multi-cloud solution, and the Policy Admin System, resulting in faster time-to-market, improved data accuracy, and growth in Producer Onboarding and premium. Demonstrated strong collaboration experience with CXOs and matrixed teams, both onshore and offshore, resulting in higher productivity within the group. Provided strategy, vision, roadmaps, and design for global enterprise changes, leading to significant organizational changes and modern technology adoption for efficiency and revenue growth. Prior to Chubb, spent five years at Moody’s Financials, leading the Disaster Recovery setup and providing leadership in security, billing, and document management within a major transformational program, resulting in business continuity during Hurricane Sandy and revenue growth through efficient, streamlined business processes using modern, secure systems. Before Moody’s, held senior technology, applications, and client experience roles at leading IT organizations such as IBM and HCL. Certified AWS Architect. Additionally, certified in Gen AI, Azure AI/ML, RPA, and Java, and trained in Python for Data Science and Duck Creek products. Currently undergoing the Chief Technology Officer Leadership program at The Wharton School.
