About Briley Alexander

A young and dynamic business professional with an extensive background in Human Resources and Occupational Health & Safety. After receiving my BBA, with a concentration in Human Resources Management, I began to ambitiously pursue my career in the business world, where I developed a passion for Occupational Health & Safety. I then bolstered my credentials with the OHS program at BCIT, which I achieved around full-time work in the field. In my current role as the Director, Health & Safety with Securiguard, I've led a company-wide COR-certified HSE program and collaborated with operational groups to implement preventative strategies, resulting in a remarkable 50% reduction in injury rates since 2020. My expertise extends to implementing claims management systems, conducting audits (including COR in multiple provinces), and developing comprehensive safety policies. I'm passionate about equipping organizations with the tools they need to succeed and keep their most valuable resources - their people - safe.
