As a Guest Services Coordinator at THEMUSEUM, I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our visitors. I manage the main administrative desk, handle inquiries, bookings, and payments, and oversee the daily operations of the guest services team. I also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows. My educational background in history has equipped me with strong research and analytical skills, which I apply to various projects and tasks at THEMUSEUM. I have a master's degree in history from the University of Guelph; during my studies I had received the Department of History’s Graduate Essay Prize in 2017. I also have a certificate in records and information management from the University of Toronto, which has enhanced my knowledge and expertise in this domain. I enjoy working in an educational setting, where I can share my passion for learning and discovery with others. My goal is to continue to grow and develop as a professional.
