About Britani Beasley

I am a passionate young professional who fills my cup by helping people, partners, and corporations succeed. I've been able to do this professionally in a variety of ways, including non-profit development and management, business development, admission counseling, field marketing and sponsorship execution, and volunteer/workforce training and recruitment. I enjoy public speaking, storytelling, driving success, discovering more productive ways of completing a task, being enthusiastic about my work, and learning new skills, while refining old ones. In these roles, I've worked primarily territory and regional positions. These have been everything from working a portfolio in two completely different states while based in St. Louis, MO, a position of working multiple counties, and all out-of-state applicants, in an assigned territory, and working a portfolio of 650+ blended accounts in two states. Most recently, I have worked in field-marketing driving topline sales, ROI, marketing strategies, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. These roles have taught me so much about the importance of flexibility, time-management, and identifying communication styles. Within these roles, I've been able to fine-tune my cold, and warm, calling, virtual meetings, email etiquette, negations, problem solving, and leading both in-person, and virtual presentations and training sessions. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to brainstorm ideas with coworkers, train volunteers, provide feedback to leadership, and collaborate with other departments to help the team reach our overall goals; which I've practiced as an on-going trend in each role I've had.
