About Britney Bj Jones

Banking operations and strategic leader with 15 years of experience spanning retail, deposit, loan, branch, and corporate banking. I’ve built my career by understanding how financial institutions truly function from frontline client experience to executive decision-making and turning that insight into stronger teams. In recent years, I’ve partnered closely with Q2 to lead digital banking initiatives including bill pay conversions, corporate platform adaptations and dispute tracking systems aligning operational strategy with technology to improve both client experience and internal efficiency. I’m known as a culture builder and problem solver who values relationships as much as results, with a strong focus on community impact and business development that drives sustainable growth.I thrive at the intersection of banking expertise, digital transformation, and human connection building systems that work, teams that trust each other, and organizations positioned for what’s next. Beyond my professional life, I draw energy from community involvement, live music, creativity, and the outdoors - all of which shape how I lead, build relationships, and create lasting partnerships.
