As a leader with excellent organizational skills and a strong suit for planning, my role as a Director of People ensures our organization runs efficiently by following procedures and policies. I oversee each department to work with the executive team on improving our company culture. I come from a background in Early Childhood Education that created the fundamental processes, strategies, and relationships with people. I aim to ensure that our employees have successful onboarding and that our team can make that happen. I enjoy my career as I am part of a family at OITVOIP and can constantly grow personally and professionally.
