About Britney Prosper

I am a dedicated social worker passionate about advancing equity and mental wellness for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). I recently earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. Currently, I serve as a Senior Behavioral Health Clinician at I Am Boundless, where I provide individual and group therapy to clients with IDD, supporting their mental health needs through a strengths-based and person-centered approach. My professional background also includes service as an AmeriCorps member with City Year Cleveland, where I mentored and supported middle school students through academic tutoring, social-emotional learning, and relationship-building. My work is grounded in a commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and trauma-informed care. I am especially passionate about creating supportive environments that foster growth and autonomy for neurodiverse populations.
