About Britt Barr

Britt Barr is a CRE professional with experience supporting clients within the financial and healthcare sectors of commercial real estate—executing office and industrial design projects from initial programming and space planning through construction completion. Britt currently supports Cushman & Wakefield’s Workplace Planning Team as an Occupancy Planner. Earning her Master of Fine Arts degree from the New York School of Interior Design, Britt’s rigorous training—along with her prior academic background in History with minors in both Philosophy and Political Science—gives her a rich perspective on the dynamic influences that impact the built environment. Britt brings to her clients a passion for industry trends research, allowing her to shape strategic solutions that optimize sustainable results for the client, community, and environment. Britt is currently studying for the LEED AP Interior Design + Construction (LEED AP ID+C) certification—further establishing expertise in areas of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). In her role as Co-Lead of Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders’ (CWFL) Philanthropy Committee, Britt has built partnerships within the greater St. Louis community through outreach initiatives. She aims to bolster a more equitable environment and learning opportunities for underserved communities through mentorship and access to resources for success.
