My military background (National Guard) shaped my core values: stewardship, accountability, service, and ownership — but my civilian career has been built on cross-functional partnerships, executive collaboration, and delivering business outcomes through people. I build systems that enable strong recruiters and leaders to thrive, ensuring organizations grow while preserving their culture and long-term workforce health.
