About Britta Berube

I help people and organizations thrive through movement, nature, and intentional support. My work sits at the intersection of outdoor adventure, coaching, wellness, and community-building. With a background in Animal Science (Equine Management) and over a decade of experience in coaching, program development, and behind-the-scenes operations, I bring structure, calm, and follow-through to environments that value growth, on and off the trail.I currently work as a Mountain Bike Coach and Guide with Sedona Mountain Bike Academy, where I support riders in building skills, confidence, and self-trust through intentional coaching and immersive outdoor experiences. I also serve as an Assistant in the Pets and Practitioner Department at Real Mushrooms, supporting education, operations, and relationship management in the functional wellness space.Previously, I worked with at-risk youth in residential care, where I designed and led equine and outdoor recreation programs, including a mountain bike program that helped young people develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. This experience shaped how I work today: grounded, adaptable, and deeply people centered. What I offer:• Coaching and guidance rooted in experience, not ego• Program and systems support that keeps things moving forward• Clear communication, thoughtful organization, and follow-through• A steady presence in dynamic, mission-driven environmentsWhether I’m coaching riders, supporting wellness practitioners, or helping outdoor and purpose-led businesses operate more smoothly, my focus is consistent: creating experiences and systems that support healthy, active lives and strong communities.
