I have more than 18 years of legal field work under my belt, having been a sworn attorney for 12 of those years. I love the saying “A problem well-defined is a problem (half) solved”, which for me means that having acknowledged the issue and defined the key elements of the problem, the best way to address it is to get into problem-solving mode and sort it out.
