About Britta Strzalko

I’ve enjoyed many marketing positions throughout my career in project management, campaign management, SEO, CRO and marketing strategy. This type of work is something I was meant for and I’ve learned a lot about myself during my career: I can successfully manage just about any project. I’ve managed projects like organizing a training event with Influencers like Brantley Gilbert to launching a consolidated website site optimized for SEO, and everything in between. I’m a pioneer and I’ve lead the company’s first, second, third omni-channel brand marketing campaign with measurable sales results. That’s right I said it… measuring sales attributed to a top of funnel brand campaign. I can connect with teams across organizations (up to 50 people at a time) and cut through to the business need, customer experience and help the team excel. I’ve always been better at team sports, but not the sports where one person can carry the whole team. The sports where you need each person to contribute and you can hold your teammates accountable to the end goal… winning. I LOVE to win and I LOVE to celebrate those wins. I celebrate through measurement and communication (and parties too!). While some simply report on results, I ensure to share the findings, identify future opportunities and outline the essential next steps with each member that was apart of the project along the way. I can identify opportunities, vet them, build the projected return and bring them to life. I don’t like wasting time on something that doesn’t have solid measurement plan and I will ensure that any project I lead has one. I lean into tough conversations. While no one likes conflict, it happens. I have found a talent to focus on clarity and understanding during those conversations. This approach has built relationships on trust and respect with my peers. I speak multiple languages. Well, not technically. I did take Spanish, but I am not talking about literal language. I am talking about speaking Marketing, speaking Accounting, speaking Tech, speaking Creative, speaking Exec, speaking to the everyday consumer. The ability to connect and communicate with different types of people has been essential for the vast amount of projects I’ve managed.
