A dedicated and qualified professional, I am a proud mum of four based in Cranbourne, Victoria, with a strong passion for supporting community and empowering others. I currently work at VACCA as a Family Services Intake Team Leader, where I have the privilege of walking alongside families and contributing to culturally safe, strengths-based practice within community. I bring a diverse background across aged care, home and community care, and have extensive experience in high-performance retail, supervision, and call centre environments, particularly in home and motor insurance. My skillset includes team management, support coordination, scheduling, administration, recruitment, and HR functions. I also hold specialised experience in the funeral and mortuary sector, including deceased transfers, mortuary and coroner’s care, funeral arrangements, as well as hearse and sprinter driving. I currently hold up-to-date certifications including a Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, Police Check, NDIS Workers Module, and clearance number, along with a non-restricted licence and clear driving record. Passionate about growth—both personally and professionally—I value the importance of inner peace, cultural connection, and community care. In my downtime, I love heading to the beach, exploring our beautiful country, enjoying a good laugh, and making memories with those I love.
