I've worked in the New Home Construction business for 19 years in both the office and field. My previous position developed a Warranty Request program for New Home builders across the country that their homebuyers utilized during the first 2 years in their home to request warranty service. My team processed and validated these requests to preserve the relationship between the builder and buyer. From 2017 through January 2023, I was in the field as the Regional Central Area Manager monitoring and assisting a team of Field Superintendents. Our company designs the interior finishes of the homes and my team manages the product install by our independent subcontractors to ensure a quality product is delivered as promised to our Customer’s and their homebuyers. From January 2023 to March 2024, I was promoted to the Mountain Region Customer Service Manager for Colorado, New Mexico and Utah. Responsible for 3 markets and the Customer Service team members and technicians- managing Post Closing warranty requests from our Builder customers and their homeowners. Daily and weekly monitoring the number of service tickets received and closing, continued coaching of materials/installations/etc. to the CSR's and Management team, Monthly reporting with designated Builders on open orders to make sure we are staying on top of the requests, providing data and metrics to the Executive and Leadership teams as needed. January 2025- I made a huge career change to a new industry, Automotive Warranty. I am currently on the SWAT team and I am a support for the Warranty Administrators and their dealerships, for booking and submitting warranty, recall and maintenance claims submitted.
