With over 10 years in the disability sector, my experience lies in team development, stakeholder engagement, service delivery, and driving positive outcomes through compassionate leadership. Whether navigating complex support needs or championing support wellbeing, I bring a consistant values-driven approach to every challenge. As a certified gentle teaching mentor I lead with a strong focus on collaboration, inclusion, and professional growth, I lead with empathy —supporting my team leaders in fostering cultures of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
