As a mother of twin toddlers, I have learned to be patient and keep calm under pressure. I have also learned to whom much is given, much is required. I am a firm believer that change energizes us and allows for adaptability in any situation. I am a learner and always eager to know what’s next. After 10+ years in Customer Service, I am looking to transition into a new role within HR. My passion for HR begins with what has been instilled in me since birth, “do the right thing even when no one is looking, “ Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. People and their behaviors intrigue me. I understand in any company, people are the biggest asset, so the need to grow and retain the right people in order to fuel a flourishing business is imperative.
