With over 12 years of legal experience, I serve as Corporate Counsel for the Americas region at Beyondsoft Consulting Inc, a global IT Consulting Firm. I hold two different privacy certifications, Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP-US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. I specialize in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing IT agreements, such as software licenses, cloud services, data protection, and cybersecurity contracts, as well as providing general legal advice and support to the organization. Previously, I was a Senior Attorney at Sublime Law, PLLC, where I represented clients in various litigation and transactional matters, including complex commercial disputes, intellectual property, employment, fintech, cybersecurity and privacy. I also served as an Assistant General Counsel for the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, where I handled tribal governance, regulatory, and economic development issues. I am passionate about learning new technologies, staying updated on the latest privacy regulations, and collaborating with diverse and talented teams.
