I’m a lifelong educator and inspired leader, passionate about creating meaningful, lasting change through effective project coordination and transformational implementation. I thrive on building healthy, supportive organizational cultures and facilitating life-changing learning experiences. My mission is to bring peace, self-awareness, self- compassion, and agency to each student we serve. As a bilingual educator and champion of the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy, I’m deeply committed to literacy reform and making a lasting impact on students. My work is driven by a strong belief in educational justice, equity, and inclusion. I’m equally passionate about social justice, high-impact professional learning, and harnessing the power of mindsets and perseverance. At my core, I believe that together, we can change the world through education. And if you’ve made it this far, I’m also a proud single mom to my baby boy, who’s now grown into quite the young man, along with an stubborn English bulldog, and a lovable pitty who keep life full of fun and love.
