About Brittany Eichmann

At a young age I developed a passion for nursing as I watched my aunt go through her cancer treatments. The nurses at the hospital where she was receiving treatments were always so kind to me taking time to educate me as a young child throughout the process. I thought to myself, that's what I want to be for people I want to help them and make them feel comfortable in some of the most uncomfortable situations. Highly motivated to achieve my goal of becoming a nurse I finished high school and LPN school the same year. I am currently furthering my education with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Throughout my career as a nurse, I have worked in many different settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and primary care offices. Currently I am a part of the business development team of a national home health agency providing education for referral sources about home health care services. I have received the President's Club Award for year over year growth in sales. My motivation for success within my current career isn't striving to meet growth goals, even though that is important. I focus on patient's needs versus goals and am always successful. I feel most accomplished when I know I have really helped a patient feel better about their situation whether it's home health related or just being an encouragement to them during a difficult time.
