With extensive experience in the fire safety industry, I specialize in supporting fire systems teams in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of fire protection systems. At OHSU, I leverage my expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage complex work order programs, and support the team in optimizing system performance and safety. My skills include interpreting regulatory documentation, auditing and verifying testing and repair records, and coordinating corrective and preventive maintenance efforts. I have a proven track record of streamlining workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements, ensuring that all systems are functioning at their best and that compliance requirements are met consistently. I have developed a strong understanding of local, state, and federal fire safety regulations, which I apply to manage the work order program—assigning and tracking PM and corrective work orders, reviewing documentation, and facilitating audits. I also oversee the creation and management of purchase orders to ensure accurate record-keeping, vendor coordination, and timely payment approvals. Previously, in roles where I worked directly with fire/life safety systems, I gained hands-on experience and deep knowledge of industry standards, which has contributed to my ability to act as a reliable representative during inspections, audits, and inquiries.
