With over five years of experience in various healthcare settings, I am a passionate and dedicated professional who strives to provide quality and compassionate care to patients and their families. I have a Clinical Assisting Certification and a background in teaching mathematics. I am currently a Unit Secretary at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, where I manage clerical duties, facilitate communication, and support the nursing and medical staff. I am committed to enhancing the patient experience, improving the workflow efficiency, and contributing to the team's success. In my previous role as a Waiver Support Coordinator at North Florida Support Services, I assessed the needs, preferences, and abilities of consumers and developed person-centered support plans.
