I started my career as a pharmacy technician after completing a certificate program at Chattahoochee Valley Community College in 2010. In 2022, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate and joined IRBY Property Management as a property manager. There, I learned the ins and outs of the property management industry, from marketing and leasing to maintenance and repairs. I also developed strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. In 2022, I joined SPM, LLC, a growing company that manages a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. I am responsible for managing the daily operations, financial performance, and quality standards of the properties under my supervision. I also collaborate with the senior management and the other property managers to implement strategies and policies that align with the company's mission and vision. I am passionate about providing excellent service and value to the property owners and tenants, and I am always looking for ways to improve efficiency and profitability.
