I’m passionate about team building, branding, and creating an ethical and safe work environment. What am I doing now? • Driving sales at The Body Shop with a competitive team who’s well-versed in product knowledge, customer service, and creating a memorable experience. • Coaching my district to success through my role as Operations Ambassador. This involves overseeing schedules for peak success (StoreForce), one-on-one training, development, and relaying information to the district as a whole, as well as being an information resource. • Ensuring Health and Safety compliance throughout the district as our H&S representative. • Recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding new team members. • Volunteering as a co-ordinator for a 3500+ guest music festival each summer, scheduling a front gate crew and training them to welcome guests to the festival while ensuring compliance in festival rules and safety. • Sewing, graphic design, and any kind of handiness. I’m driven by activism and a desire to do good in the world. I’m grateful to have a career that allows me to focus on both, and I face new challenges with an open mind and a willingness to learn!
