About Brittany Gillespie

As the Head of Education Programs and Services at Fusion Academy, I am directly responsible for all academic initiatives that involve supporting students, families, and teachers. I have over ten years of experience in curriculum design, instruction, and assessment, with a strong focus on virtual learning and engagement strategies. I am passionate about creating and delivering high-quality educational content and services that meet the diverse needs and expectations of our stakeholders. I strategically hire, train, and develop Fusion teachers throughout their employment, using adult learning principles and evidence-based practices. I also oversee quality control of instruction and student programs, ensuring mastery learning and documentation within the LMS. Additionally, I conduct regular classroom observations, manage the ongoing campus review process, and build and curate training and development modules and frameworks.
