About Brittany Posadas

One thing you will notice is that I am always smiling, laughing or talking (I’m quite the extroverted chatterbox!) Ever since I was a little girl, I have been drawn to the rewarding feeling of helping others in need. I have been in different avenues of the healthcare Umbrella.I specialized Outpatient Clinical Setting, Customer Relations in Health Insurance, and Recruiting. My healthcare specialties included- Assisting with well child checks, follow up visits (regarding ADHD, Asthma related, obesity related, Injury related), numerous clinical procedures - I would assist with an average of 22 patients a day - Savvy in Electronic Medical Record Systems known as EPIC and centricity - I broke record of giving over more than 180 influenza vaccines in less than four hours during our Influenza Vaccine Clinic in 2017- I became known as the “vaccine guru” in my workplace and provided training and development to New Hires and externship students - Next thing you know, the opportunities began to arise for me to begin to volunteer for community events and I was captivated of Marketing as an occupation. I have enjoyed participating in different types of marketing events. Marketing Participation includes-Assisting in patients being a part of media opportunities -Filming marketing video to provide important feedback on programs to improve patient experience-Attended the North Shore Schools foundation event, YMCA Kids Day event, and volunteered in numerous organizations in their health fairs-I assisted and worked with the organizations dietician to promote a wellness programs to other organizations -Represented my organization at the community Chambers of Bothell event -I have lead my peers in my workplace to achieve our goal of raising money for the Reach Out and Read Literacy program. Moreover, I volunteered to become a representative in our “champions” program in which we discuss employee satisfaction and brainstorm with executives to improve key areas of our employee experience. I am constantly learning, evolving, and open to learning new skills. I have an interest in merchandise products, Company Promoting, health care development, Recruitment and content creating.
