After three years as a Business Development Representative at Schneider Electric, a global leader in sustainability and energy management, I’ve transitioned to freelance consulting. At Schneider, I drove business growth in Western Canada, focusing on the home builder and developer sectors, while promoting innovative energy solutions that help clients optimize operations and achieve sustainability goals. As of December 2024, I am no longer with Schneider Electric and am now exploring new opportunities as a freelance consultant. I’m eager to apply my expertise in business development, sales leadership, and sustainability to help clients achieve impactful results. Whether on Saskatchewan-based, Canadian, or global projects, I’m excited to collaborate with forward-thinking organizations that align with my passion for sustainability and growth. Prior to Schneider, I led projects with Surgically Clean Air through my consulting firm, Left Field Consulting Inc, and held roles at Moneris Solutions, where I consistently exceeded targets and earned recognition as a top performer. Key Achievements: Schneider Electric (2021–2024): Led business development initiatives in Western Canada, increasing awareness and adoption of Schneider's energy solutions in residential and commercial sectors. Moneris Solutions: 2017 Circle of One Presidents Club: Achieved 325% of my sales quota, recognized as the top performer in business development. 2016 Circle of One National Rookie of The Year: Outperformed 75+ peers, achieving 125% of my annual sales target. Education & Recognition: Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), University of Saskatchewan, with a Global Business designation. 1st place in the 2015 U of S Strategic Marketing Case Competition. What I’m Looking For: I’m currently seeking freelance consulting projects where I can leverage my experience in business development, sales strategy, and sustainability to help companies grow. I’m especially interested in organizations focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building practices—areas that I’m passionate about.
